The Viso Family

Originally from South Philadelphia, moved to Delaware County in 1989. Anthony Viso began his career as a baker in 1974 at his cousin's bakery, The Cake Box, in South Philadelphia. It was in his blood, his grandfather being one of the original Termini Brothers. Two years later he began working for Weinrich’s Bakery, another bakery located in South Philadelphia, and purchased the business in 1977. Weinrich's Bakery then became Viso's Bakery. Anthony had much success with his business but in 1985 his mother fell ill and he decided to sell the bakery. He remained in the business until December 2006. It has been two years that Anthony has been out of the business and he is very excited to begin again, doing what he loves to do. This time however, he has added 'Family' to his business name since he is now in business with his two sons, Joseph and Robert. The hope is to begin a family business that will last for many generations to come.
