Strawberry Shortcake
Three layers of sponge cake, soaked with a strawberry liquor mix, sandwiching two layers of berries & whipped cream. Coated in whipped cream and topped with
a ring of whole berries.
Black Tie Shortcake
Our traditional strawberry shortcake with dark chocolate dipped berries on top, chocolate shavings along the sides, and dark chocolate drizzle.

Italian Cream (Rum)
Three layers of sponge soaked in our rum mix,
one layer of vanilla Italian cream, and one layer of
chocolate Italian cream. Covered in the best butter
cream you’ll ever taste and peanut bits
coating the sides.
Similar to our famous rum cake only with ricotta
sandwiched between the three layers of sponge
and slivered almonds coating the sides.
Ricotta Cannoli Three layers of sponge wet with a sugar water mix, two
layers of ricotta, coated in buttercream and finished with
dark chocolate dipped cannoli
shells filled with ricotta.

Three layers of sponge wet with a sugar water mix, one
layer of vanilla Italian cream and the other chocolate Italian cream. Dark chocolate dipped cannoli shells, half filled with vanilla cream and the others with chocolate cream.
Tiramisu
Not to sound full of ourselves, but ask others who have tried! Some say it’s better than anywhere you can find in Italy. Three layers of sponge, soaked in a coffee liquor mix, filled with marscapone cheese, coated in our whipped cream with lady fingers surrounding the sides, and heavily coated with cocoa on top. Not sure, grab a "tiramisu for two" to try.
Limoncello Three layers of sponge, soaked with a limoncello liquor mix, with lemon spread and whipped cream between. Coated in whipped cream and finished with a ring of lemon dollops.
